My teaching focus currently centers around the pre- and post-natal population. As a certified PROnatal Performance Training Specialist, my mission is to enlighten pregnant and postpartum folks with practical knowledge about strengthening and safety throughout pregnancy, delivery, and parenthood. I have a uniquely enthusiastic interest in how pregnancy affects the body and mind, and am honored to be a source of guidance to expectant and new parents. The preparation and aftermath of birth provides superpowers and challenges alike, and I’m excited to be equipped with the expertise to empower through education and encouragement. Learn more here.
As a first time mom, I wanted to stay healthy and active throughout my pregnancy but wasn’t sure how to safely modify my workouts. Quincie not only helped me with my workouts, but she also shared great, evidence-based information throughout each stage of my pregnancy and had me practice and prepare my body for labor & delivery. She customized each workout for my comfort, injuries, and preferences, and she was super upbeat and fun to work with!
—Pre-Natal Client, 2021
Working with Quincie did wonders for my physical and mental strength throughout pregnancy! Her energy and enthusiasm is inspiring. She equipped me with tools to understand my changing physique and developed custom workouts to help me achieve my fitness goals. I’ve gained energy and confidence through working with her. 10/10 would recommend as a pre-natal coach and mentor—a truly empowering experience!
—Pre-Natal Client, 2020
I have been taking sculpt regularly with Quincie since the Pandemic began. My motivation was to improve my balance and strength to apply to other activities. I have seen very positive results. I would encourage anyone interested in improving his or her fitness to try the class.

Quincie's class was one of the first I went to at Fithouse and I became addicted. It was the first time I actually worked out on a regular basis in my adult life... I have a new passion for fitness!
—In-Person Fithouse Class Participant, 2020
I honestly didn't believe that I would be able to get in a full workout in Quincie's class because it was only 30 minutes, but boy was I wrong. It was so great!

Thirty minutes of well thought out sculpting. I have been doing this class almost every week for months and no two are alike. Quincie is creative and has an amazing attention to details in her cueing.

My fitness methodology and teaching style is driven by my experience as a life-long dancer. The classes I teach are musically-based and combine lengthening and flow with precision and attention to form. I lead clients through an upbeat and challenging experience where we piece together familiar fitness movements to build uniquely choreographed combinations that burn out the muscles and work out the brain.

I began my fitness career in 2014 at the Bari Studio, which offered fun and uplifting classes in cardio and sculpting. The classes I taught used light weights and speed to shape muscles, and choreography on trampolines and in dance cardio to build endurance. Throughout my four years there, I honed my skills in creating original fitness content with dynamic and BPM-appropriate playlists, developing creative and effective movement methods, and building my leadership style as a trainer. I was lucky to have ongoing opportunities to teach new people through pop-ups and classes at different events and locations, including The Surf Lodge and Saks Wellery.

I started teaching for Fithouse in 2018, after Bari closed its doors. Joining as one of Fithouse’s founding bounce instructors gave me tons of freedom to play with class programming, and I enjoyed building my teaching skills and client base through teaching bounce and sculpt there for two years. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Fithouse started live streaming classes through Zoom and began an on-demand platform. Through these experiences, I mastered an ability to teach on camera in both live and professionally pre-recorded settings. Unfortunately, Fithouse had to close due to covid in November 2020.

In late spring of 2020, I began teaching live-streamed classes for The Ballet Spot, a bi-coastal fitness studio that strives to "make the fitness and fun of ballet accessible to all". My Ballet Sculpt classes are great for those who are interested in taking toning classes that piece together combinations using standard fitness movements and ballet technique.
